chrootutils: support programs for a chrooted CVS server environment

0.4 (20 November 2005):
	Modified chrootsh to support more than one command in the same shell.
	Renamed the project to chrootutils.

0.3 (13 July 2005):
	Replaced the CVSHOME #define with a NULL terminated array, allowing for
	mulitple target home directories.

0.2 (3 March 2005):
	As the first step down the new road to using subversion, added a
	#define to chrootsh.h, CVS_ARG_LIST, which is passed to execl.  This
	should make it a bit easier to replace cvs with something else.

0.1 (8 November 2004):
	Initial release.  It's been a long struggle, fighting distractions,
	ridicule, and a whole lot of laziness.  Now if I can just get that
	article written, I'll be set.
